This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Raza Mohammad, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 92 of 2025, under Section(s) 64(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3) B.N.S., registered at P.S. Baniyather, District- Sambhal. 4. The F.I.R. of the matter was lodged on 7.4.2025 by the victim against the applicant and four other accused persons alleging therein that her husband had gone from the house for doing work of labour. She lives alone in the house. On 10.3.2025 at about 11:00 p.m. her jeth/Raza Mohammad who was having an evil eye on her, came inside the house and committed rape upon her. When she made a c
