This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sandeep, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 54 of 2025, under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Sachendi, District - Kanpur Nagar. 3. There is allegation in the First Information Report that on 05.02.2025 at about 08:00pm, the accused-applicant along with co- accused Rajkumar, served alcohol to the son (the deceased) of the informant and fed him meat and during eating some hot talk took place between them and then the deceased came to his house. After that, the accused persons went to the deceased's house and assaulted him with an ox at about 11:30 pm due to which, the son of the informant die
