This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant Vikram Singh, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 117 of 2025, under Section(s) 69, 333, 351(2), 324(4) BNS, registered at P.S. Jasrana, District- Firozabad. 4. The F.I.R. of the matter was lodged on 07.5.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that after marriage she had strained relations with her husband due to which she was living alone and running a beauty-parlor.
