The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Abdul Hasan @ Bhura, with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.270 of 2023, under Section 302 I.P.C. Police Station- Sidhpura, District-Kasganj. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 24.11.2023. First Information Report was lodged on 23.11.2023, with the allegation that on the date of incident some dispute occurred between the applicant and the victim in which the applicant has given blow by knife to the son of the first informant namely Mohd.
