This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Chandan Ram, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 0260 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64 BNS and Section 3/4, 5J(ii)/6 POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Tarva, District Azamgarh. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 07.09.2024 by Sarvajeet Ram against the applicant alleging therein that on 02.09.2024 at about 08:30 am his daughter aged about 17 years has been lured and enticed away by the applicant.
