This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant Gopal, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 109 of 2025, under Sections 64, 75, 76 BNS, 2023, registered at P.S. Bahadurgarh, District Hapur. 4. Learned counsel for the State submits that he has received instructions for which time was granted to him vide order dated 11.07.2025. 5. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 08.05.2025 by Bhagirath against the applicant alleging therein that on 06.05.2025 he had gone to work and his wife had gone to the house of the relatives in a different village.
