The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Monu Chauhan for the offence punishable under Sections 109(1), 3(5) B.N.S., 3, 25, 27(1) of Arms Act, in Case Crime No. 11 of 2025, Police Station- Sakrar, District Jhansi. 2. Mr. Uttam Singh, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that this is a no injury case. The accused-applicant has neither arrested from the spot nor any incriminating material has been recovered from his possession. It is further contended that the no specific role has been attributed to the accused-applicant. The accused-applicant is in jail since 24.01.2025. 3.
