The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Mukul @Sunil for the offence punishable under Sections 2/3 Gangster Act & Anti Social Activities Prevention Act, 1986, in Case Crime No. 171 of 2007, Police Station-Niwari, District Ghaziabad. 2. Mr. Ayush Kaushik, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that accused-applicant has been granted bail by the court below vide order dated 13.03.2008. This is a case of jumping of bail, due to which N.B.W. has been issued and was arrested. The applicant had regularly appeared before the court below till 30.11.2015 thereafter for earning livelihood he went outside the district and absconded in trial.The accused-applicant is in jail since 09.05.2025. 3.
