The allegation made in the FIR is that the accused-applicant is providing unfair means in the examination of Lab Assistant. There is no incriminating material collected by the accused-applicant. There is no criminal history to the credit of the accused-applicant. The accused- applicant is in jail since 18.05.2025. 3.
