The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 18 of 2025, under Sections 109, 352, 125, 324(4), 351(2), 3(5), 117(2) of B.N.S. and Sections 5/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Kosikalan, District-Mathura, during the pendency of trial. At the outset, learned Additional Government Advocate pointed out that apart from this case, the applicant has criminal history of following two cases:- "(i) Case Crime No. 717 of 2023, under Sections 308, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kosikalan, District Mathura. (ii) Case Crime No. 769 of 2021, under Sections 376D, 452, 506, 120B I.P.C., Police Station Kosikalan, District Mathura." However, the applicant has not disclosed his criminal hi
