The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 114 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 3/25/27 of the Arms Act, Police Station Sahawar, District Kasganj. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that the aforesaid incident took place in a celebration of marriage and it is a case of celebration firing and no intention can be attributed to the applicant.
