The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 369 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 140(2) BNS, Police Station Sarai Khwaja District Jaunpur during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter during investigation and there is no other cogent and admissible evidence against the applicant, which can connect him with the instant crime. He further submitted that along with applicant, co-accused Ravi Prajapati and Arif were also made accused and after considering entire facts of the case in detail, they have been released on bail by the Court vide orders dated 28.04.2025 and 17.05.2025 passed in
