The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Krishna Mohan @ Jaijuram, with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.236 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 452, 34 I.P.C. Police Station-Rasoolabad, District-Kanpur Dehat, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the first informant submits that the applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 11.06.2024.
