Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.449 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 103(1), 351(2), 238, 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Tronika City, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Mahtab has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.3862 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 22.9.2024, having no criminal history. He further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, who has already been enlarged on b
