The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant-Rashid Ali, on bail in Case Crime No. 107 of 2023, under Sections-302 and 34 I.P.C. Police station Kaimari, District Rampur, during pendency of the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 31.08.2023. He further submits that First Information Report was lodged on 28.08.2023, by the brother of the deceased with the allegation that the marriage of the deceased and applicant was solemnized in the year 2013. After some time of marriage the applicant started ill treating and beating the deceased. A complaint in this regard was lodge
