Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.449 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 103(1), 351(2), 238, 61(2) B.N.S. and 25/4 Arms Act, Police Station Tronika City, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Mahtab has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.3862 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 22.9.2024, having no criminal history.
