The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Hari Om Sahu for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2) of B.N.S. and Section 66-C and 66-D I.T. Act in Case Crime No. 17 of 2025, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District- Prayagraj. 3. Sri Mazhar Ullah, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case wherein FIR has been registered by one Ghanshyam Yadav of Cybercell, where certain complaints have reached the Cybercell that through a facebook account a fraud has been committed on account of Railway reservation. The accused is an illiterate person. It is mentioned in the supplementary affidavit that his account has been hacked and he has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is in jail Since Ma
