This bail application has been filed on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 77 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., Police Station Gahmar, District Ghazipur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number.
