The present bail application has been moved by the applicant accused Arun for the offence punishable under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 in Case Crime No.1139 of 2009, Police Station Kavinagar, District Ghaziabad. 2. Sri Heera Lal, Advocate holding the brief appears and submits that accused-applicant has been granted bail by the court below vide order dated 16.08.2010 annexed as SA-2. The accused- applicant, who is labour has jumpted the bail and the trial court has rejected the bail merely on the ground of non appearance in the trial for nearly 10 years. This is a case of jumping of bail, due to which N.B.W. and process under Section 82 Cr.P.c. has been issued against the accused-applicant and was arrested.
