This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Mohd. Aquil, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.95 of 2025, under Section(s) 69 B.N.S. and 67 I.T. Act, registered at P.S. Dilari, District- Moradabad. 4. The F.I.R. of the matter was lodged on 18.5.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that since last 04 years they were having love relationship between them and on a promise to marry her, the applicant was sexually exploiting her. On 07.7.2024 the applicant came to her house and on a promise to marry committed rape upon her. He also clicked some obscene photographs and is bl
