This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant-Saurabh Singh Chauhan, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.295 of 2025, under Sections 376, 313, 504, 506 IPC and Section 67 I.T. Act, registered at P.S.Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 27.3.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that in the year 2022 she took admission in B.A 1st year and started staying on rent there.
