By means of this bail application, applicant Mobin, who is involved in Case Crime No. 165 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Sections 109(1), 325 BNS, police station Bariyarpur, district Deoria, seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that as per prosecution case, 25 live cow progenies and 02 dead cow progenies were recovered from truck no. UP22AT3842 which was being driven by the applicant. Much emphasis has been given by contending that it is not a case of slaughtering. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.
