This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Chandu Soni , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 513 of 2025, under Section 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Banda. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that mandatory provision of Section 42 and 50 of N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied with. Only 2.500 kg. ganga was recovered from the possession of the applicant, which is too below commercial quantity. The applicant has one criminal history in which he has already been granted bail as stated in para-4 of the supplementary affidavit. The applicant is languishing
