This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant-Shahrukh Khan, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.71 of 2025, under Sections 333, 64 and 351(2) BNS, registered at P.S.Sirauli, District Bareilly. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 22.2.2025 by the victim against the applicant and one other person alleging therein that on 19.2.2025 at about 11 p.m., she was alone in the house. The other persons had gone in the wedding. Her father and brother had gone to work.
