This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant-Rahul Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.90 of 2025, under Sections 366, 376, 506 IPC and Section 5L/6 of POCSO Act, registered at P.S. Khanpur, District Ghazipur. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 19.3.2025 by the victim against the applicant and two other persons alleging therein that in the year 2019, she was studying in a school where the applicant was teaching.
