As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted against unknown persons of having put the brother of the informant to death in the night of 08.02.2025 between 09:15 to 09:30 PM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
