The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Deepak Kumar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 78 of 2024, under Sections 307, 506 IPC and Sections 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Kotwali, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. Brief facts of the case is that an FIR has been lodged against four accused persons, in which accused-applicant Deepak Kumar is named along with other co-accused namely, Krishna @ Rishi Maurya, Abhishek Jaiswal and Vishal Upadhyay @ Baba.
