This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Rahul Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.85 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 I.P.C. and Section 12(1) (b) Passport Act, Police Station Gagha, District Gorakhpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has not prepared forged document of passport. He has been falsely implicated in this case. So called prepared passport has not been utilized by the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there is no need to issue re-passport when his first passport is valid from 28.08.2017 to 27.08.2027.
