Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.77 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Chaubeypur, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is not named in the FIR and he has been falsely implicated in the case. The name of the applicant has come up subsequently on the basis of the supplementary statement of the informant recorded under Section 180 BNSS whereby the motive has been assigned to the applicant. It is further argued that there is CCTV footage whereby the applicant and deceased are s
