Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.046 of 2025, under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238, 64(1), 70(1), 61(2A) B.N.S., Police Station Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, applicant is stated to have taken away the daughter of the informant on 21.01.2025 from his house along with other two co-accused persons on scooty and when she did not return, informant instituted a missing report at the police station and thereafter FIR was instituted on 31.01.2025. 6.
