This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Mittal Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 246 of 2025, under Sections 69, 127(2), 115(2), 351(2), 351(3) BNS, registered at Police Station Bannadevi, District Aligarh. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 03.04.2025 by the victim against the applicant and two others alleging therein that the applicant used to visit her cousin. Since 2020, she started talking with him and was in relationship with him. He states of marrying her and there were promises between them. Whenever she used to ask him for marry he used to avoid it.
