Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.315 of 2024, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Talbehat, District Lalitpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the case of the applicant is at better footing to co-accused persons Dharmendra Sachan and Smt. Rani @ Pratibha who have already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 6.8.2025 and 26.5.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.21742 of 2025 and 16471 of 2025, respectively.
