By means of this application, applicant Karan, who is involved in Case Crime No. 158 of 2024, under Section 3/5/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Malpura, District Agra, seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the applicant. He further submits that alleged recovery is false and in other criminal cases applicant has already been enlarged on bail. It is next submitted that the co-accused Karan has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 25.07.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 24515 of 2024. It is further contended that the applicant is in jail since 27.04.2024 and if he is release
