The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant-Kunwar Singh with the following prayer:- "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow this application and enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime no. 29/2025 under Section 64 B.N.S and 3/4 (2) Pocso Act, Police Station Jagner District Agra, during the pendency of the trial, otherwise the Applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury. And/ or to pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under facts and circumstances of the case." 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after filing
