This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Hasim, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 266 of 2024, under Sections 87, 64 B.N.S., Police Station Jaswantnagar, District Etawah. 4. The first information report of the present matter was lodged on 30.11.2024 by Raju Khan against the applicant alleging therein that his daughter aged about 24 years had gone for some work on 28.10.2024 at about 2:00 pm to the market. She was wearing ornaments and had Rs. 10,000/- cash with her. His distant relative Hasim lured her and enticed her away. She was searched a lot but could not be traced. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been falsely
