This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Mohd. Ali, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 44 of 2024, under Sections 103 (1), 238 (A) BNS, Police Station- Attarsuiya, District- Prayagraj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 27.08.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Akash Malviya @ Kallu has already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by orders dated 12.12.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 4
