This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Ajay Kumar Vishwakarma, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 121 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 64(1), 127(3) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Kothibhar, District Maharajganj. 4. The first information report of the present matter was lodged on 19.04.2025 by Smt. Geeta Devi against the applicant and the mother of the applicant alleging therein that her daughter aged about 16 years has been lured and enticed away by the applicant on 17.04.2025. Wh
