This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Sonu Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 77 of 2024, under Section 8/21/27A/29 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Shahganj, District Sonbhadra. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submits that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that mandatory provision of Sections 42 and 50 of N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied with. He further submitted that 5 other cases have been registered against accused-applicant which have been duly explained by way of supplementary affidavit. He further submitted that other co-accused persons namely Tahaiur Ali Alias Tahaur Ali, Vishal Gupta and Nijam Alias Mijan Ahmad
