This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Akash Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 63 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Nawabganj, District- Farrukhabad. 3. There is allegation in the First Information Report that on 1- 2.04.2025 at night, due to an old enmity regarding dealings, one co-accused, Pravesh Kumar @ Bhura along with the applicant has assaulted the brother(now deceased) of the informant by using fawada. 4.
