The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Aas Mohammad for the offence punishable under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangster Act, in Case Crime No. 100 of 2025, Police Station- Tappal, District-Aligarh. 2. Ms. Shobha Vati learned advocate, appears and submits that there is one case shown in the gang chart to the credit of the accused applicant wherein the accused- applicant is on bail. It is further submitted that there is criminal history of two cases to the credit of the accused-applicant apart from the gang chart, in which he is on bail and duly explained in supplementary affidavit. The accused-applicant is languishing in jail since April, 2025. 3. Per contra, learned A.G.A. opposed the bail application and submits that the accused is having criminal history though he has been bailed out in those cases, but is habitual offender. 4.
