This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant-Jitendra Kumar Alias Jeetu, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.79 of 2023, u/s 460, 380, 302, 411, 149 IPC and 3/25 of Arms Act, P.S. Gabhana, District Aligarh. 4. This is a second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 21.4.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.7846 of 2025. 5. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 10.3.2023 by Himanchal against unknown persons alleging therein that on 9/10.3.2023, his father Rakesh Kumar was sleeping near the animals in the village.
