This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 289 of 2022, under Sections 302, 120-B of the I.P.C., Police Station Arvakatra, District Auraiya. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Ramveer has already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.05.2025 in Criminal Misc.
