Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.667 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(2), 61(2), 352, 3(5), 111(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Bahjoi, District- Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, five named accused persons, namely, Lakhan Singh, Ganesh Giri, Madhu Pandit, Atul and Rajesh, are stated to have fired indiscriminately at the brother of the informant on 18.12.2024 at about 09:15 a.m., thereby causing his death. 6.
