A co-ordinate Bench of this Court heard the matter on 05.06.2025 and in paragraph No. 1 of the said order opined that the Court feels to hear the present bail application after recording the statement of the victim before the trial court, it then proceeded to pass directions for recording of the statement and transmission of a xerox copy of the said statement to this Court. 5.
