Heard Sri Ramesh Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Ifra Islam, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.203 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S. and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Rampur, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his father has been put to death by the applicant by shooting him on 01.11.2024 at about 02:30 AM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six hours and there is no explanation to the said delay caused. It is further argued that the informant had given another application at the police station which was entered as GD No. 14 on 01.11.2024 at 08.
