This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Javed, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 666 of 2024, under Sections 103 (1) & 61 (2), BNS, Police Station- Sikandrabad, District- Bulandshahr. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 29.08.2024.
