The FIR has been registered by the informant Suman Lata with the allegations that her ATM card has been exchanged by some anonymous person in the ATM booth and Rs.82,000/- on different dates have been withdrawn. There is no cogent evidence collected by the Investigating Officer. The name of the accused-applicant has been figured from the statement of co-accused Purendra Shukla who has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
