The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Dinesh Patel for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) BNS and 66(C), 66 (D) IT Act in Case Crime No.35 of 2025, Police Station - Manjhanpur, District – Kaushambi. 2.
