The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Deepak Kumar for the offence punishable under Sections 3(5), 61(2), 318(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S. and under Section 66-D I.T. Act in Case Crime No.08 of 2025, Police Station-Cyber Crime, District Muzaffar Nagar. 2. Sri Vijay Pratap Singh, learned advocate appeared for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no independent witness for the alleged offence. The accused applicant has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. Nothing recovered from the possession of accused. It is further submitted that the accused applicant has no criminal history. He is languishing in jail since March, 2025. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3.
