This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Babloo Alias Shesh Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 57 of 2022, under Sections 364A, 302, 201, 120B of I.P.C., Police Station- Chhawani, District- Kanpur Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 02.09.2022. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused, Amit Mishra and Ameel have already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 22.04.2024 and 07.08.2023 in Criminal Misc. Bail Applications No. 35647 of 20
