Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 in Case Crime No.543 of 2024, Police Station - Khorabar, District - Gorakhpur. 2. There are four base cases shown in the gang chart in which, the accused is on bail. The criminal history of three cases is also shown against the accused, wherein, in one case accused-applicant is on bail; in one case the charge sheet has not been filed against the accused-applicant and in one case particular is mismatched.
